My client is looking for a HR, Pensions and Benefits specialist on a 6- 12 months contract.Hybrid basis working in their busy office in London 2-3 days per week. Working within a small team to support the trustees of the companies UK and Ireland pension arrangements. These include the UK Retirement Plan, a combined DB and DC Pension Plan with around £4bn in assets as well as other company legacy defined benefit plans in the UK, our DC Plan in Ireland and a legacy Channel Islands arrangement. The role includes * Ensuring the plans are effectively governed to a high standard and managed in accordance with UK Pensions legislation and the Trustee business plan. * Facilitate and manage pension projects (recurring and one-off). For example this could include investment de-risking and pension insurance, GMP equalisation, DC design and investment projects. * Working collaboratively with external advisors (e.g. actuaries, investment advisers, legal advisers and pension plan administrators). * Support all aspects of the scheme lifecycle including statutory disclosures, determining annual plan salary, validating contributions * Management of employee and members queries escalated via the pension administrator, including IDRP cases. * Manage the production of communications to members and employees on behalf of the Trustee, including newsletters and annual benefit statements 49098ECINDHRR
